My name is Sam Deiwert and I live in Delphi. Although I can’t vote for Gary Armstrong, I can encourage Cass County voters to do just that.
I’ve known Gary Armstrong for almost thirty years. While I was Mayor of Delphi Gary was a police officer here and served as my Chief of Police for the last three years of my second term.
Gary was top notch as an officer and excellent as Chief. He was known for being fair, consistent and professional in his personal life and professional duties and was highly regarded by his peers and the community.
I know Gary to be a good neighbor, a good citizen, committed husband and father, and a loyal public servant to the citizens of Cass County.
He has been my friend for almost thirty years and Cass County could not have a finer man than Gary Armstrong as their Sheriff. On May 8, please vote for Gary Armstrong.
