????️ The Sagamore Council of Boy Scouts of America will host a very special event tonight (12/13) at Cross-Wind United Methodist Church in Logansport. Each year, a Scout from Austria fetches a light from the Grotto under the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. The light is then flown to Austria from where it is distributed at a Service of Dedication to delegations from across Europe who take it back, with a message of Peace, to their own countries. The light is then flown to New York, where is travels across North America. For the first time, the Peace Light will be available in Logansport at Cross-wind Methodist Church on Dec 13, at 7 pm. Participants are asked to bring a candle or lantern to take the light into their home, business or church and keep and share it during the holiday season.
