Governor directs flags to be flown at half-staff for National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day on Dec. 7, 2019

INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in the state of Indiana to be flown at half-staff for National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from midnight to midnight on Saturday, December 7.

Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Indiana to lower their flags to half-staff on Saturday.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Cass County Veterans Council Pearl Harbor Day Ceremonies will be held Saturday, December 7 at Little Turtle Waterway Park. They will begin gathering at 12:30 p.m. Ceremonies begin promptly at 12:55 p.m., which is 7:55 Hawaii time, the moment attacks began.
