(FORT WAYNE, IN) — As you stock up on delicious cookies from the Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana (GSNI-M) council, keep in mind that 2020 is the last year that the popular Thanks-A-Lots cookie variety will be offered.
Whether the embossed “thank you” is in English, French, Chinese, Swahili or Spanish, these tasty shortbread cookies with fudge on the bottom are a hit in any language. And they’re also how girls learn business ethics. Through interaction with each customer, a girl learns the importance of keeping her word, doing the right thing and being fair. She learns the importance of doing business right.
Along with Thanks-A-Lots, Girl Scouts are selling Thin Mints, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Peanut Butter Patties, Shortbread, Girl Scout S’mores and Lemonades.
The cost is $4 per box. The sale extends through March 22, 2020.
