KOKOMO, Ind. — Ivy Tech Community College will host a Virtual Express Enrollment Day on Thursday, June 25, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. During the event, prospective students will complete their enrollment steps virtually, all from the safety and comfort of their home.
Representatives of Ivy Tech Kokomo staff and faculty will be available by email and telephone to help students from the Kokomo Service Area, which includes Cass, Fulton, Howard, Miami, and Tipton counties.
“Virtual Express Enrollment Day is the perfect time for anyone interested in starting their education to sign up for classes that start August 24,” said Kates Brommeland, director of enrollment and admissions for Ivy Tech Kokomo. She is encouraging prospective students and those who have applied but are not yet registered for fall to participate in the virtual event where they will be able to apply for admission, create their MyIvy account, file their FAFSA for 2020-2021, complete financial aid verification, discuss assessment options, and schedule an advising appointment.”
“Indiana’s most affordable classes are at Ivy Tech,” Brommeland said. “During times like these, whether prospective students are working toward a certificate to join the workforce quickly, earning an associate degree, or getting credits that easily transfer to four-year universities, Ivy Tech is the smart choice. This fall, there are thousands of classes available in online, virtual, and face-to-face formats.”
