The following update is from Cyrena Staller who coordinates the Merchants Buildings at the Cass County 4-H Fair.
To: 2019 Cass County 4-H Merchant Buildings participants:
The Cass County 4-H Fair is scheduled to be held July 20-24.
The Fair will look different than previous years, one difference being the Merchants Buildings.
At this moment the buildings will be open the same hours as last year. 5:30-9:30 p.m. BUT… Due to COVID there will be distancing between vendor spaces in the buildings this year, which means less spaces available.
Also, each vendor will only be allowed a maximum of 2 workers.
In regards to last years Merchants building participants… Please call or text me within the next few days IF you are planning to participate in the merchants building this year. Hopefully I will have enough spaces for those interested.
If you have sent me your reservation form already there is no need to contact me. I have new vendors that wish to participate this year, but you being a participant last year, I want to give you the first opportunity to reserve your space.
