Lt. Governor Becky Skillman and Indiana Agriculture Director Joe Kelsay recently presented the Morrow family with a Hoosier Homestead Award in recognition of their more than 100 year commitment to Indiana agriculture. In 1906 the farm was established in Logansport inside Cass County.
 

The Logansport Municipal Utilities and Civil City Offices will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. All offices will be open for business as normal on Tuesday, September 7. Wabash Valley Refuse will be closed on Monday, September 6 as well.

Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of the 2010 George Poor Scholarship. A total of $3,000.00 was awarded this year in honor of the late George Poor for whom the scholarship is named.
