Senator Head welcomes local students to Statehouse

State Senator Randy Head (R-Logansport) recently welcomed the following students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in January and February:

  • Bradley Berlet, from Walton, attends Lewis Cass High School.
  • Dalton Daily, from Kewanna, attends Caston High School.
  • Katlyn Green, from Delphi, attends Delphi Community High School.
  • Vivian Haley, from Burrows, is a homeschooled student.
  • Paxton Hunt from Bunker Hill, Maconaquah High School.
  • Porter Hunt from Bunker Hill, attends Maconaquah High School.
  • Jacob Kaley, from Logansport, attends Lincoln Middle School.
  • Cheyenne Maxey, from Logansport, attends Lewis Cass Junior/Senior High School.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse, touring the historic building, observing debates from the chamber floor and interacting with their state senators.

Students in grades six through 12 can participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session.
