buntainGeorge Oliver Buntain, 60, Stuttgart, AR, formerly of Logansport, passed away onTuesday, March 10, 2015, at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, AR.

Born September 18, 1954, in Logansport, IN, George was the son of the late Eugene T. and Flora Mae (Reiber Patton) Buntain.

George was a 1972 graduate of Logansport High School.  After high school, he attended Manchester College for two years before joining the United States Marine Corps.

George spent the past 10 years driving a truck for Tyson Foods, Inc., and he enjoyed being able to travel all around the country for his job.

George is survived by three daughters, Erin Buntain, Cassandra (Mark) Dobbs, and Laura (Landon) Blume; grandchildren Noah Dobbs, Corbin Blume, Chase Dobbs, and Abbie Blume; brother Darrold (Sharon) Patton; nieces Barbara Butler and Lou Ann Stroup; and several cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

There will be a graveside service officiated by Rev. Nancy Foster at 11:00am on Monday, April 6th, at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 1800 Grant Street, Logansport.
