Mary Amelia Homburg Dillman

dillmanMary Amelia Homburg Dillman, 96, of Logansport, passed away Monday April  6, 2015 at Waterford Place Health Campus, Kokomo, IN.

Born June 16, 1918 in Cass County, IN, she was the daughter to the late Oscar and Erasma (Downham) Homburg.

On June 23, 1940 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Logansport, IN, she married Dale Allen Dillman, who
preceded in death April 6, 2007.

Mary was a retired secretary for Maiben’s Laundry. She was also a homemaker and volunteered for various church activities. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed traveling with her
husband Dale and was an avid pianist, playing at churches and nursing homes.

Surviving are two sons, Roger (Carol) Dillman, Logansport, IN; Glen (Marti) Dillman, Flora, IN; four
grandchildren, Kristie (Brian) Hoopengardner, Churubusco, IN; Tami (Cyle) Dibble, Logansport, IN; Alan (Suzanne) Dillman, Camden, IN; Jennifer (Chris) Dyke, Camden, IN; five great grandchildren, Olivia Dibble, Cameron Dibble, Amber Hoopengardner, Madison Dyke and Ashley Hoopengardner.

Two brothers, Ernest and Merl Homburg, preceded in death.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2015 at theTrinity Lutheran Church with
Pastor Larry DeVos officiating. Burial will follow at Shideler Cemetery, Logansport, IN.

Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 7:00PM Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Gundrum Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at Trinity Lutheran Church.
