Carolyn M. Moore, age 62, Logansport, passed away at 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Aperion Health Care of Peru.
Born July 10, 1952, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Frederick and Lucille Rozzi Moore.
Carolyn attended St. Vincent de Paul elementary school and was a 1971 graduate of Logansport High School. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
She was also a member of the VFW Post 3790 Auxiliary.
She enjoyed collecting angels, playing Yahtzee and BINGO and cooking for others.
Surviving are daughters, Beth Moore, Logansport and Heather Hooper, Flora; brother, Michael F. (Nancy) Moore, Lucerne and sister, Edith Sisson, Indianapolis; grandchildren, Alyssa Moore and Jared Hooper; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Carolyn was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Rombold, brother, Sam Moore, nephew, Eric Rombold, and her parents.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at Kroeger Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home, with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating.
