John J. Cappadora, Jr., 70, of Winamac passed away at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2015 at his residence.
Born on December 7, 1944 in Chicago, he was the son of the late John J., Sr. and June (Gore) Cappadora.
On May 29, 1999, he married Kay Marie Lewis and she preceded him in death on March 10, 2009.
John retired from Amtrak in Chicago. He enjoyed fishing and taking care of his dogs.
John is survived by step son, Andre Lewis and special friends, Donald Hedger and Trina Garbison, of Winamac.
He is also preceded in death by brother, Anthony Cappadora.
Graveside Services will be at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Citizens I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Kewanna.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel.
