Barbara J. Young, 97 of Logansport, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Millers Merry Manor in Logansport.
Born on March 21, 1918 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth (Lottridge) Jenkines. Barbara was a former assistant bank manager for Farmers & Merchants State Bank.
Surviving are three grandsons, Jason Young and wife Laura, Fishers; Jamie Young and wife Jaynene, Waltham, MA; Trampas Young and wife Tracey, Logansport; six great grandchildren, Braxton, Baylee, Dalton, Maverick, Jamieson, and Pierce Young.
She was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Young; and one sister, Albertine Raub.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Mt Hope Cemetery with Rev. Aaron Gross officiating.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM in the Gundrum Funeral Home.
