Today’s featured business is Clifford’s Clips, owned by Candice Pickens. It is a new business located at 821 N. 3rd St. in Logansport.
Clifford’s Clips is a professional dog grooming shop that gives your pet a new hairstyle and feeling fresh and clean. Most of us have a fur baby that is adventurous and loves to go outside and roll in the mud, dirt, river. Stop in and we can make your baby shine like a brand new penny. Also if you have a short hair dog, but have dust bunnies from all the hair that they shed, we offer bath and tidys. Bath and tidys include a bubble scrub and force drier to blow out all of that under coat that’s hiding underneath. Then, we furminate to get all the excess off.
“I have been a dog groomer for 5 years and wouldn’t change it for the world,” Candice says. “My mom, Jean Pickens, taught me everything she knows about grooming. So I took on her skilled profession as well. Like mother, like daughter. I have my fiance Dorvan Korreckt helping me and making this dream come true for me.”
