Jaxson Michael Martin was born and died at 11:06 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2016, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of Juliana Benn and Austin Martin, who survive in Logansport.
Also surviving are his maternal grandparents Jeremy and Stacey James of Logansport; his paternal grandmother Kimberly Burrough of Peru; his paternal grandfather Clifford Martin, of Flora; two uncles, Charles James and Zack Emery; and several extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Kimberly James.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Jaxson Martin will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016, in the chapel of Mount Hope Cemetery with LuAnn Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
