United Way of Cass County has scheduled Live United Day on September 16, 2016. Live United Day is a day of action when volunteers work in communities all over Cass County to help people, nonprofit organizations, churches, and schools. The Live United Day planning committee is seeking project ideas. Project proposal forms are available on the United Way of Cass County’s website under the events tab. Forms are also available at the United Way’s office, located at 1 Cass City Center, Suite 216, Logansport. In 2015, 42 projects were completed throughout Cass County, from building a wheel chair ramp for a Royal Center World War II veteran to landscaping at Thompson Elementary School.
