Last Updated on June 17, 2016 by cassnetwork

cccfThe Cass County Community Foundation has set orientation dates and times for the 2017 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program. The Foundation received notice of an accelerated timeline from the program administrators earlier this spring. The earlier deadline has also changed the criteria slightly for Cass County 2017 applicants.

Students graduating high school in 2017 who wish to apply for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship must attend a mandatory orientation for instructions and application materials.

Completed applications must be submitted by September 2, 2016 for consideration.

This program is open to all Cass County residents:
• Who are high school seniors in 2016-2017 and will have graduated by the end of June 2017 with a diploma from an accredited Indiana high school
• Who will pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private college or university in Indiana
• Who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on an un-weighted 4.0 scale

College entrance exam scores are NOT required for this year’s applicants.

Orientations are scheduled for the following dates and times: Monday, July 18  at 10 a.m. and  4 p.m.; Tuesday July 19 at 9 a.m.; Friday July 22 at 1 p.m.; and Monday July 25 at 5 p.m. Students MUST call and register for a date and time. All orientations will be held at the Cass County Community Foundation office at 729 E. Market St., Logansport.

Deadlines for all other donor-established scholarships administered through the Cass County Community Foundation may change as well and will be announced as soon as available to give students graduating in 2017 ample time to apply.

Please refer to the CCCF website, www.casscountycf.org and Facebook page for updates or call the office at 574-722-2200.
