Cass County EMA director Alvin Beckman says local agencies will be responding to a test at the Koch Nitrogen Facility, located at US 35 and CR 800 S, south of Walton. The drill is scheduled to take place around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
Beckman says those in the area may see a white cloud, as the drill will use a smoke machine to simulate the cloud that would happen in the event of a release of anhydrous ammonia.
