UPDATE: Due to weather conditions, an extension of time is needed to finish making the necessary repairs to the River Bluff Trail this month. The Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation anticipates that the River Bluff Trail will remain closed for bridge repairs now through Friday, August 26. Rain delays have slowed progress on pouring new approaches to the bridges, and installation of new handrails and decking. The Foundation is requesting that all trail users continue to avoid the River Bluff Trail during this time frame for safety purposes, and respect the signs posted about its closure.
ORIGINAL POST: The Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation has announced that the River Bluff Trail will be closed for bridge repairs beginning Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 19, 2016. New approaches to the bridges will be poured and the bridges will also receive new handrails and decking. The Foundation is requesting that all trail users avoid the River Bluff Trail during this time frame for safety purposes.
