Even though school will be in session, summer is far from over! Check out the details on these upcoming festivals and events!
The FREE splash pad at Muehlhausen Park (formerly known as Tower Park) will be open for a couple more months.
The Cass County Carousel will be open from 6-9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8 and Tuesday, Aug. 9, then on Saturday and Sunday through Labor Day.
The Summer Sundown Music Series continues at Little Turtle Waterway at 7 p.m. on Sunday nights.
The Indiana State Fair runs through Aug. 21 at the State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis.
The Perseid Meteor Shower happens every year, but forecasters are predicting an outburst with double the normal rates this year. A live broadcast will be available via Ustream overnight on Aug. 11-12 and Aug. 12-13, beginning at 10 p.m. EDT.
The Colts Training Camp in Anderson continues on August 9 and 10.
