DEBATES TONIGHT: In case you hadn’t heard, the presidential debates begin tonight. PRESIDENTIAL LECTURE: Lee Hamilton, a former Indiana Congressman, who served with U.S. presidents from Lyndon B. Johnson to Bill Clinton, will discuss the 2016 presidential election Tuesday at Indiana University Kokomo. More info here.
