LMU will be doing some electrical work at the Northwest Substation beginning Monday, September 12 and lasting through Wednesday, September 21, 2016.
As part of the project, Water Street will be closed from west of Holland to Kiesling Road, from approximately 8 a.m.-Noon on Wednesday, September 14. Water Street will be open during the remainder of the project.
