Cass County Road 400 South, from old SR 25 to just east of 400W, will close to traffic on or after March 1, 2017. This closure in Clymers will include both intersections of 400W with 400S, eliminating 400W as a through route. The contractor will be required to provide access only for local residents and businesses along the affected portion of road. The projected completion date for this phase of the project is late August.
