Trey Dustin Hinkle, 44, of Goshen, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017, in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis following a brief illness.
Born July 27, 1972, in Papillion, Nebraska, he was the son of Roger Hinkle and the late Linda Laschansky Hinkle Himes. His father and stepmother, Roger and Ruby (Palmer) Hinkle survive in Logansport.
Trey was employed as a factory worker. He enjoyed snowmobiling and had visited the Upper Peninsula in Michigan in December.
Also surviving are one daughter, Jaelyn Scherer of Logansport; and one sister and brother-in-law, Jolene and Zebuli Bookmiller, also of Logansport.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Trapper Hinkle.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Trey Hinkle will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 6 in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Rev. Damon Soper officiating.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral chapel.
Cremation has been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services.
