Small business projects are currently being accepted for consideration for this fall’s Collegiate Management program, where senior level Indiana University Kokomo business majors work under the supervision of an IUK professor and Indiana Small Business Development Center staff to identify solutions to business needs. Collegiate Management is a partnership between IUK and ISBDC and occurs during the fall and spring semesters of each year.
Examples of past projects include developing brand strategies, marketing plans, communications plans, policy and procedures, pricing strategies, and social media plans. For most industries, ISBDC defines a small business as less than 500 employees. A small business meeting this criteria and interested in learning more about the Collegiate Management program is encouraged to contact the ISBDC Kokomo office at 765-454-7922.
