James A. Luchene, 63, Logansport, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017, in Logansport.
Born December 14, 1953, in Hobart, Ind., he was the son of William B. and Joyce Wildasin Luchene. His mother survives, residing in Logansport. His father preceded him in death.
He was married on September 3, 1993, in Logansport, to Vicki Maggart, who survives, residing in Logansport.
James had been employed at SIA in Lafayette.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a brother, Daniel (Jean) Luchene, Conroe, TX; step-son, Thomas Lunsford and Shawn Lunsford and step-daughter, Cheryl Newbold; three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 17th at the Burnettsville Church of the Brethren, 100 South Main Street, with Rev. Dawn Wild officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, also at the church.
Interment will be private.
