Claude R. Rogers, 68, of Burnettsville passed away at 8:08 p.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at I.U. Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
Born on March 28, 1949 in Peru, he was the son of the late Damon and Pauline (Smith) Rogers. On April 2, 1967, he married Lois Marlene Sherman. She preceded him in death on May 9, 2016.
Claude formerly worked in various factories in the area. He was a member of Caley United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughters, Crystal Marlene Biczo of Lafayette, Amanda Renee Springer (David) of Idaville, Terra Jane Baughman of Monticello, son in law, Dustin Greives of Burnettsville, brothers and sisters, William Rogers of KY., Harold Rogers of Peru, Ruby Brown of Mexico, Patricia Mersch of Peru, Linda Tinney of Peru, Robin Balser of KY. and Missy Clark of Peru.
He was also preceded in death by daughters, Amanda Marie Rogers and Patricia Marlene Greives, sisters, Janet Davis, Hazel Owen, Loretta Emma Bowman and Donna Spencer and brothers, David and Delbert Rogers.
A Memorial Service for Claude will be at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Caley United Methodist Church with Pastor Adirenne Hinshaw officiating.
