Irma M. Floyd, 98, of Logansport formerly of Royal Center passed away at 8:25 a.m., Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Chase Center.
Born on September 10, 1918 in Cass County, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lucy (Hollis) Pherson.
Irma was a graduate of Royal Center High School.
She formerly worked at the Royal Center Library and then retired from RBM in Logansport.
Irma formerly attended Baptist Christian Church in Royal Center. She enjoyed making felt bears and giving them to family and friends over the years.
Survivors include her daughters, Sheila Davis of Logansport and Elizabeth Fisher (Eric) of Burnettsville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Donald Patrick Floyd, daughter, Judith Coble and grandson, Timothy Davis.
Irma’s Memorial Service will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest at the Royal Center Cemetery next to her daughter Judy.
