Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Municipal Building Corporation (LMBC) will receive sealed proposals up to 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, October 5, 2017 for the purchase of Blight Elimination Program (BEP) properties in accordance with the detailed specifications available upon request. Interested parties can pick up the specifications at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer at 601 E. Broadway, Room 203 or request them by email to randerson@cityoflogansport.org.
Proposals are to be filed at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 601 E. Broadway, Room 203; Logansport, Indiana 46947. The proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as: “LMBC BEP Real Estate Proposal”.
This Request for Proposals does not commit LMBC to sell the real estate.
LMBC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, to negotiate with qualified persons or entities who submit a proposal, or to cancel the Request.
