The Indiana Public Health Association awards State Sen. Randy Head (R-Logansport, right) with a 2017 Hulman Health Achievement Award during the 33rd annual Indiana Public Health Celebration and Hulman Awards Thursday, Oct. 19. Head received the award for the work he has done to help address youth suicide, reduce food deserts and remove professional licensure barriers for mental health workers in Indiana. Head is joined by his colleague, State Rep. Cindy Kirchhofer (R-Beech Grove).
