Over the past eight weeks, the Cass County Drug Task Force conducted multiple drug investigations that led to 39 arrests.
On Sept. 13, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section, conducted surveillance on a suspect, which led officers to Marion, Ind. According to a news release, the suspect met with subjects at a residence and departed carrying a large duffel bag. A subsequent traffic stop was conducted and authorities say they located six pounds of marijuana. Officers obtained a search warrant for the residence and found approximately $10,000 in U.S. currency, along with “additional probable marijuana.”
The following individuals were arrested:
Kyle M.R. Titus, 24, Logansport; dealing marijuana (A Misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor)
Taylor Hayes, 19, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor)
Sean Beebout, 23, Logansport; assisting a criminal (A misdemeanor)
Wendell Jackson, 55, Marion; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), unlawful gambling (B misdemeanor)
Kevin Jackson, 36, Marion, maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), unlawful gambling (B misdemeanor)
Andrew Broomfield, 61, Marion; visiting common nuisance (b misdemeanor), unlawful gambling, B misdemeanor
On Sept. 19, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 1200 block of E. Market ST. following an ong-going drug investigation. Approximately one pound of probable marijuana was located, probable marijuana hash, probable methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were arrested:
Steven Titus, 44, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony); possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (c misdemeanor)
Angie Watts, 46, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (c misdemeanor)
On September 20, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force, assisted by Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section, executed a search warrant in the 100 block of 10th Street following a drug investigation. Approximately 150 grams of probable marijuana and approximately 1.7 grams of probable cocaine were located.
The following individuals were arrested:
Damon Davis, 43, of Logansport; dealing in cocaine (L-4 felony), dealing marijuana (L-5 felony), possession of cocaine (L-6 felony), neglect of a dependent (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B Misdemeanor)
April Roberts, 38, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 Felony), neglect of a dependent (L-6 felony)
Sept. 26, member of the Cass County Drug Task Force assisted the Cass County Sheriff’s Department Detective Division with the execution of a search warrant in Royal Center.
The following individuals were arrested:
Kamryn Kollmar, 19, Royal Center; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor) and possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Jacob Earl Miller, 19, Royal Center; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor) and possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Sept. 27, members of the Cass County Drug Task force executed a search warrant in the 1200 block of E. Market St. Officers located firearms, probable marijuana and probable methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were arrested:
Steven Titus, 44, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), unlawful possession of a firearm by domestic batterer (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Angie Watts, 46, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 Felony), possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor); possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
On Oct. 13, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 600 block of 14th St. following a drug investigation. Officers located approximately 30 grams of probable cocaine, a quantity of probable methamphetamine and approximately $2,600 in U.S. Currency.
The following individuals were arrested:
Jesus Gutierrez, 46, Logansport; dealing cocaine (L-2 felony), possession of cocaine (L-3 felony), possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), neglect of a dependent (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Sandra Osornio, 31, Logansport; dealing cocaine (L-2 felony), possession of cocaine (L-3 felony), possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), neglect of a dependent (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Oct. 20, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force conducted an investigation which resulted in locating probable methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Assisting was the Logansport Police Department Patrol Division.
The following individuals were arrested:
Martell Beason, 25, Logansport; visiting a common nuisance (B Misdemeanor)
Marlena Busard, 26, Logansport; possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of paraphernalia (C Misdemeanor)
Oct. 20, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Cass County Sheriff’s Dept. conducted an investigation in the 1200 block of E. Market St. after receiving citizen complaints of possible drug activity.
Tyler Padgett, 29, Logansport; possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), possession of syringe (L-6 felony), maintaining common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C Misdemeanor)
Oct. 26, members of the Cass Co. Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 1200 block of Chicago St. after receiving numerous citizen complaints on possible drug activity. Approximately 100 grams of probable marijuana was located.
The following individuals were arrested:
Bryce Hayden, 20, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
A juvenile was also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor).
Oct. 26, members of the Cass Co. Drug Task Force, assisted by Logansport Police Dept. Patrol Division and the Cass County Sheriff’s Department, conducted surveillance on multiple locations simultaneously conducting traffic stops which led to numerous drug offenses.

Brock Willis, 27, Logansport; possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor)
Cheyanne Fagan, 21, Logansport; possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), obstruction of justice (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Ryan Roller, 27, Logansport; possession of heroin (L-6 felony), possession of a syringe (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Vanessa Bowen, 42, Logansport; possession of a syringe (L-6 felony), possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), possession of paraphernalia (C Misdemeanor)
Demetre Gano, 33, Logansport; White County warrant for failure to appear
Kevin Collins, 57, Logansport; possession of methamphetamine (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
On Oct. 30, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 2200 block of East Broadway following a drug investigation into possible drug activity complaints from citizens. Approximately 110 grams of probable marijuana was located along with the firearm.

Jennifer Collins, 24, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing in marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor)
Brady McGuire, 21, Logansport; possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor); visiting common nuisance (A misdemeanor)
Dallas Williams, 21, Logansport; possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), visiting common nuisance (A misdemeanor)
Earlsey Edmondson, 39, Logansport; possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), visiting common nuisance (A misdemeanor)
Kandi Sanders, 29, Logansport; possession of legend drug (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), visiting common nuisance (A misdemeanor)
Oct. 31, members of the Cass County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 2000 block of High St. following an ongoing investigation.
The following individual was arrested:
Taylor Hayes, 19, Logansport; maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), possession of marijuana (B-misdemeanor); possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
On Nov. 1, members of the Cass Co. Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 7000 block of 550 S in Walton. Officers located approximately 3.5 pounds of probable marijuana, suboxone strips, THC edibles, and approximately $8,000 in US currency.

Calvin Burton, 43, Walton; dealing in Schedule III substance (L-6 felony), possession of Schedule III substance (L-6 felony), possession of schedule II (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing in marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (b misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Suzanne Reeves, 44, of Walton; dealing in Schedule III substance (L-6 felony), possession of Schedule III substance (L-6 felony), possession of schedule II (L-6 felony), maintaining a common nuisance (L-6 felony), dealing in marijuana (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (b misdemeanor), possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor)
Nov. 7, members of the Cass Co. Drug Task Force executed an arrest warrant and a subsequent search warrant in the 2000 blick of High St.
The following individuals were arrested:

Based on these investigation, additional arrests are anticipated. Citizens are encouraged to report suspicious activity in their neighborhoods to the Logansport Police Department or the Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
