John R. Clark

John ClarkJohn R. Clark, age 72, Logansport, passed away at 6:56 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017, in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis.

Born February 7, 1945, in Logansport, he was the son of Everett R. and Margie Tomlinson Clark.

John was a hard worker and the founder of both east and west Corner Cupboard convenience stores and Pool and Patio. A 1963 graduate of Logansport High School, John attended Indiana University.

He enjoyed boating and just being on the water, spending time with his friends, especially his grandchildren.

John leaves behind his beloved dog, Mr. Sandy.

Also surviving are a daughter, Kim (Dennis) Baldwin and John R. Clark II, all of Logansport; sister, Judy (Larry) Hayden, Warsaw; grandchildren, Sydney Baldwin and Eli Baldwin; niece Mindy (Kevin) Holder and Eric (Laura) Hayden.

A memorial visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17, at Kroeger Funeral Home.

Interment at a later date will be in Deer Creek Cemetery at Onward.

Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
