United Way of Cass County hires new staff

United Way has two new faces on staff. Kailin Bauman is Director of Impact and Jim Price is Director of Development. According to Chris Armstrong, executive director of United Way, she is very excited to have them both on board moving into the new year.

Kailin will be working on Reading Railroad and impact work for the organization. Kailin is from Ft. Wayne and moved to Logansport in 2012. She worked previously at Anytime Fitness and the Logansport School Corporation. She will be the assistant high school girls cross-country coach in 2018.

Jim’s main focus is the year-long campaign including donor relations. He is married, has four daughters and moved to Cass County 23 years ago. Jim spent 35 years in the public-school sector and has worked over ten years in the private sector, the last seven years as Executive Director of Grissom Air Museum.
