Michael S. Schodrof

Michael S. Schodrof, age 61, Logansport, passed away unexpectedly at 4:46 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017, at WoodBridge Health Campus.

Born August 20, 1956, in Logansport, he was the son of Robert and Betty J. Edlin Schodrof.

Mike was retired from the Century Career Center at Logansport High School, where he taught collision repair. He enjoyed tinkering on cars and loved his students and teaching them a skilled trade.

A 1974 graduate of Logansport High School, Mike took numerous post-high school automobile trade classes and education classes. In earlier years he was into body building. He enjoyed 80’s band music and especially loved his children and his sisters.

Surviving are his three children, Michelle Schodrof, Peru, Ashley Wallace, Kokomo, and Donnie Frye, Paducah, Ky., sisters, Linda (Anthony) Adams, Bonnie (James) Ford, all of Logansport and Bonnie’s twin sister, Connie Ireland, Monticello; grandchildren, Elijah Wallace, Payton Frye and Madison Frye; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14th, at Kroeger Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life, with Fr. Clark Miller officiating, will be at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, immediately following visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mike’s memory to the Century Career Center, One Berry Lane, Logansport 46947.
