Students, parents and community members had the opportunity to visit with representatives from more than a dozen area employers and educational institutions during Logansport High School’s first Advanced Manufacturing Night on Friday, January 26. Representatives had displays and were available to talk with prospective employees in the high school’s auxiliary gym. Governor Eric Holcomb attended and watched the first half of the game before visiting with representatives from each of the companies participating in Advanced Manufacturing Night. Senator Randy Head and Mayor Dave Kitchell also attended.

“This was special,” Holcomb said, “and it’s something, I’ve said 6-7 times already, I’m going to brag about tonight all over the state of Indiana what happened in Logansport High School’s gym tonight.”

Prior to the game, LHS principal Matt Jones presented Indiana’s 51st governor with a #51 Berries jersey.
