Donald Frederick ‘Fred’ Raderstorf

Donald Frederick ‘Fred’ Raderstorf, 73, Logansport, passed away at 11:40 a.m., on Friday, February 9, 2018, in McKinney Place.

Born on July 8, 1944 in South Bend, he was the son of Donald and Rita Kuhn Raderstorf.

He was married to Delphina Trinoskey, who preceded him in death.

Fred was retired from the Office of Personnel Management in the Veterans Administration in Indianapolis. Then worked as an orderly in the VA Hospital in Indianapolis. Fred was a veteran of the United St Army.

He enjoyed dogs, watching western movies, collecting die cast scale model cars, and most of all, his grandchildren.

Fred attended Walton Christian Church and All Saints Catholic Church.

Surviving are son, Donald (Sarah) Raderstorf, Galveston; daughters, Rita (Sam) Miller, Kokomo, Veronica ‘Vicki’ (Nick) Gultice, and Margaret ‘Margie’ Raderstorf, all of Clarksville, Tenn.; sister, Teresa ‘Terry’ Baker, Logansport; brothers, Robert (Phyllis) Raderstorf, David (Patti) Raderstorf, Daniel (Suzette) Raderstorf, and Ronald (Patty) Raderstorf; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews..

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at All Saints Catholic Church, with Fr. Dominic Petan officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Monday, February 12, 2018, at Kroeger Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 3:30 p.m. officiated by Bill Collins.

Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park with full military honors provided by the local Military Honor Guard and uniformed members of the United States Army

Memorial contributions may be made to The Cass County Humane Society. 700 Water Street, Logansport 46947. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home during visitation.
