Kimberly R. Stanton

Kimberly R. Stanton, 54, Lafayette, formerly of Logansport, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 8, 2018 in Francesican St. Elizabeth East, Lafayette.

Born August 11, 1963, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Beulah (Gibbs) Moss.

On March 11, 1984, she was married to Terry L. Stanton, who survives.

A homemaker, Kim loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grands – they were her pride and joy.

Surviving with her husband are five children: John Paul (Doris) Stanton, Kokomo, Christopher Stanton, Logansport, Natasha Roller (Frank Welch), and Nicholas Moss, all of Flora, and Terri Lynn (Kevin) Gouty, Lafayette; four brothers, Jeff, Mark, Rex and Jamie Moss; three sisters, Vickie Woodruff, Kelly Humphrey, and Janice Moss; seventeen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Birnell.

A funeral service celebrating Kim’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 13 in Fisher Funeral Chapel.

Burial will follow in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday in the funeral chapel.
