To help celebrate their 25th anniversary, the Foundation has hosted a series of Town Hall Meetings to share information and gather feedback about community needs in areas outside the city of Logansport. The meetings were designed to provide time for local citizens to hear from the Foundation about their specific work and offer an opportunity for the communities to share ideas of projects and future needs. The meetings are free and open to the public.
In announcing the meeting, Deanna Crispen, CCCF President said, “We have been in conversation with Galveston leaders over the past two weeks and they expressed a strong desire for us to try again and schedule another meeting. Our sole purpose for using town hall meetings is to help bring citizens, foundation leaders, and friends together to discuss important needs specific to each area that may not reached through our traditional grantmaking. We are happy to provide another opportunity for the Galveston area and are looking forward to a great turnout.”
All citizens in the area are encouraged to attend and discuss ideas on ways to improve the community.
