Security Federal Savings Bank has announced that Michael Ivy has joined the bank as the newest addition to the bank’s board of directors.

Ivy brings to the bank a wealth of technology expertise.

He has been married for 22 years and has 4 children, one dog, and two cats. He has a strong background in technology and presently owns and operates SquareFrame Industries and is the CEO/Chairman of the Board of S&S Programming in Lafayette. Ivy has served as a SANS Mentor for the SANS Institute, has served on the Faith Christian School Committee, and on the Ivy Tech School of Applied Science & Engineering Technology’s Advisory Board.

Ivy’s extensive resume includes cofounding two successful technology companies, providing business management advisory services, and serving as Information Security Officer for an internationally recognized informatics and healthcare research organization. He is passionate about Connection Point Church and is a self-proclaimed life-long learner.
