Girl Scouts plan vigils to honor Wisconsin comrades

Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana will join Girl Scouts throughout the nation to hold a candlelight vigil and service project Saturday, Nov. 10, in honor of the three Girl Scouts and volunteer parent who died last weekend in Wisconsin while performing community service. The public is invited to participate at several locations, including Logansport:

Logansport: Camp Wildwood, 303 E. Clay Street, Logansport. Arrive by 3:45 p.m. and bring a candle and a canned food item that will be donated to a local food bank/kitchen. Cards will be available for signing, as well as a collection box if you want to bring your own. Show your Girl Scout pride and wear your sash or vest.
