Indiana 4-H enrollment has been underway statewide for the 2019 4-H program year.

4-H Families will create their own login and password at https://in.4honline.com that will be used multiple times throughout the year to communicate and transfer information to their local Purdue Extension office, such as change of email or mailing address, registering for state and county events and receiving newsletters and other pertinent information.

Enrollment began Oct. 1, 2018. The targeted date for enrollment is January 15, 2019. This way families will receive information about opportunities coming up like 4-H trips to Purdue, 4-H Camp, project workshops and other events available. Project drop and add deadline is May 15, 2019.

Families that do not have internet access should contact the Extension office at 574-753-7750 or a 4-H leader for further assistance with enrollment. Paper enrollment forms are available at the Extension Office (located in the Cass County Government Building).

What is 4-H? It is the nation’s largest youth development and empowerment organization, reaching more than 7 million 4-H youth in urban neighborhoods, suburban schoolyards and rural farming communities. Fueled by university-backed curriculum, 4-H children engage in the hands-on learning of science, healthy living and food security. 4-H eligibility is grades 3-12. Mini 4-H for Cass County is grades 1and 2.
