Linda J. Watts, 76, of Logansport, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, in the emergency department at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital in Elwood, Indiana.

Born on October 1, 1949, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Violet Lorene (Phillips) Harbert. On November 12, 1979, she married Duane Watts, who preceded her in death on May 26, 2026.

Linda was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Logansport.

She is survived by her children, Joseph (Nicole), Jason (Greg), Larry (Allison), and Lora (Rick); seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Layna Joyce Harbert.

A graveside service will be held at the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel on Thursday September 24th at 9am, with Logansport Ward LDS Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
