Linda Sue Brown, 81, of Logansport, (Lake Cicott) Indiana, passed away Thursday morning, September 3, 2026, in Ascension St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo with her family by her side.

Born June 22, 1945, at home in Cass County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ida (Rowley) Weaver.

In 1963, Linda graduated from Royal Center High School.

On Leap Day 1964, in Cass County, Linda was married to Roy Arnold Brown. He preceded her in death August 29, 2022.

Linda had a special heart for children which was evident in her career as a CNA for over 30 years at Camelot Care Center.

She was a member of .the former Lake Cicott United Methodist Church.

Linda is survived by one son, Troy (Tabatha) Brown, one brother, Paul (Bonnie) Weaver; grandchildren, Alesia Brown, Kyle (Madison) Brown and Camrin (Haley) Brown; four great-grandchildren, Nathan, Rowyn, Carter amd Kayden; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lesia Brown, one brother, Clarence Weaver; and four sisters, Lucy Weaver, Marjorie Brewer, Sue Wiles, and Katherine Watson.

Burial, at a later date, will be in the Davis Cemetery west of Lake Cicott.
