Nov. 19 is “Organization Day” for the Indiana State Legislature.
It’s also “Red for Ed Action Day” organized by the Indiana State Teachers Association. Educators, parents and community members are invited to attend.
Several area schools will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 19 so those who wish to participate can do so.
Schools in Cass County that have announced they will not be in session on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 include Lewis Cass, Logansport and Pioneer.
Pioneer will make up the day on the scheduled snow make-up day on April 10, 2020.
Lewis Cass and Logansport schools said they will announce a makeup date later.
